Yes. OpenBRM is open source and self-hostable with no licence cost. You can download the package and user guide for free. Hosted SaaS, implementation and support from Saralam Technologies are optional paid services.
Tell us your billing model (prepaid, postpaid, usage-based or subscription) and roughly how many customers you bill. We set up a hosted OpenBRM account with sample data so you can try rating, invoicing and payments without installing anything.
It depends on your customer volume, the integrations you need and whether data has to be migrated. Send the enquiry form with those details and we will reply with a scoped quote.
