This website, openbrm.com, is published by Saralam Technologies Private Limited, which develops and supports the OpenBRM billing platform. If you have any question about this policy, write to contact@saralam.tech.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the openbrm.com website only. It does not cover an OpenBRM installation that you or a third party run: in that case the operator of the installation is the controller of the data it holds, not Saralam Technologies.
Information we collect
openbrm.com is a static website. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
- Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you choose to include in it.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser user agent. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to answer your question, provide a trial or scope an implementation. We use server logs for security, troubleshooting and aggregate traffic counts. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
How long we keep it
Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Server logs are kept for a short period as determined by our hosting provider and then discarded.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the website and our email, and where we are required to by law. We do not pass your details to advertisers.
Third-party content
Some pages load web fonts from Google Fonts, and some links point to external sites such as SourceForge. Those services receive a request from your browser and apply their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@saralam.tech and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
