Everything you need for modern billing

Powerful, flexible and open source. Built to handle real-world billing scenarios — not just tidy ones.

Billing & invoicing

Recurring subscriptions, one-off charges, pre-paid balances and rated usage are combined onto a single invoice, generated by the billing process on each customer’s own cycle and delivered by email or as a PDF.

Generic inventory manager

A generic inventory module helps service providers track customer devices in the billing system. It supports device types such as SIM, MSISDN, modem and IP pool, plus an OTHER type for business-specific requirements — and it is wired straight into subscriptions.

Powerful rating engine for telcos

OpenBRM is integrated with OpenRate, an open source, very fast rating engine that processes around 1,000 CDRs per second. A parser for your CDR format — delimited, fixed length, binary, TAP or ASN.1 — takes a few hours to set up, and CDRs can be led from a database in real time.
